MP303B fully automatic pallet wrapper is conveyorized wrapper for automated unmanned packing lines. Controlled by the same control system, pallets can be automatically wrapped to be protected against dust & moisture, and achieve perfect exterior looking. This ststem has now been widely used to enhance work efficiency, reduce labor cost and raise packing grades, in industries such as chemicals, electric & electronic, food & beverage, paper making, etc.

1. 200% pre-stretch rate
Pre-stretch is normal function of wrapping machine. But most wrapping machines in the market stick the rubber on the roller with glue, which are easily broken while working ,and make the film crumply. If there is label on pallet, it will be difficult to scan the barcode on the label. Automatic Turntable Stretch Wrapper uses ruber coated roller to avoid rubber dropping , makes stretch film soomthly, after stretching, film can still be transparent. Barcode on label can be easily scanned too.
